Humble yourself under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time. And while it’s a promise that is not as popular as other Biblical promises, it may be very crucial to turning the tide in that work relationship. And while you may be praying that the Lord will change this heart or that heart, it may be that the heart He wants to change the most, is yours.
