Welcome to SDR. The body of Christ is one unit, with Christ as the commander and chief. When one member is injured, the whole body is affected. So how do we respond to an injury from sin? Do we simply tell the body everything is going to be all right and do nothing about it? Well, when our physical body gets hurt we tend to it and seek medical attention. This should be the same response we have to those who have fallen into sin. Pastor Jeff gives insight on how to tend to injured members of the church. His influence has experienced a steady and substantial growth over the years with people of all ages. Calvary Chapel of Downey has grown to average weekly attendance of more than 9,000. Teaching seminars, Bible classes, home studies, various training programs, mission outreaches, as well as a Christian Elementary & Jr./Sr. High School, and Bible college meet the needs of this large body. Calvary Chapel's impact is growing from Southern California to virtually around the world. His wife Karyn supports Jeff in his ministry.
