When a Christian is walking in the Spirit, their everyday life is marked by visible evidence of the presence of God: love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. The Holy Spirit is very sensitive, that’s why He is usually depicted as a gentle dove. He will not force Himself upon us so we must become attuned to Him so that we don’t grieve Him. Because when we grieve the Spirit of God, it makes it difficult for Him to bless us.
