Dr. Roche Coleman: And so the imagery of the Word of God on their forehead and on their hand was symbolic of saying that they were following God and they were committed to His precepts and promises. What happens is that same principle is taken by the enemy, the evil forces of darkness, and they use them to control commerce, to control the citizens of the society.

And they are saying, we want you to have a mark, but it's going to be the mark of the beast. We believe it potentially could be the 666, which is the mark of man. And nobody will be able to buy or trade without the mark of the beast. When you go to your local grocery, when you go to your store to get clothing, it would cut off your utilities. You cannot have your nice AC in the 100-and-whatever-plus degrees in Texas because the only way you're going to get it is you've got to have the mark of the beast.

Guest (Male): Thanks for joining us today on The Infusion Broadcast, brought to you by the Roche Coleman Ministries. Dr. Coleman is doing an in-depth study on the Book of Revelation in our series titled "Heaven." You know, it may be that we've all felt betrayed or deceived by a stranger, or even a loved one.

But at another level, we may have all felt betrayed by those who have duped the public with financial scams. Yet, nothing will compare to the greatest deception that's growing to culminate during the tribulation period when the Antichrist will reveal himself. Breaking this down for us from Revelation chapter 13, Dr. Coleman brings the first part of the message, "Warnings About Deception."

Dr. Roche Coleman: If you look in the Book of Revelation in chapter 17, it lets us know in verses 8 through 13 that these horns and these heads represent kings and kingdoms. We'll see more of that in chapter 17 when we get there. But one of these kings, one of these nations, one of these rulers is going to be injured, but is going to recover and heal.

That healing is going to be seen by individuals during this tribulation period, and as a result, many of them are going to believe and trust in the Antichrist and the false prophet. Why? Because of verse 13, the great signs and the fire that comes down from heaven.

All of these miraculous signs seem to authenticate the false prophet and Antichrist as true entities to be worshipped. Most of us believe what we see. Our eyes see it and we're like, oh man, you can believe that. But I want to let you know, in the age of AI, be careful of what you believe and what you see.

Be very careful. And the same applies when it comes to things that allegedly are from God. But there's going to be such strong delusions on the earth, and he's going to deceive those who dwell on the earth, verse 14, because of the signs which was given him to perform in the presence of the beast.

Signs have always been there to authenticate many of God's servants. Moses performed signs. When he performed those signs, what happened? People believed Moses to be the leader of the people. Signs were given to Elijah. The list goes on, but these are false signs coming from a false prophet from a false beast from a false entity who promotes them.

And he says, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who had the wound of the sword and has come to life. The false prophet constructs some type of image, and that image is to bring glory to the Antichrist. Stay with me, stay with me.

The image is some probably replica, something that represents this person who is the Antichrist. Remember in the Book of Daniel, after Daniel interpreted the vision of King Nebuchadnezzar, King Nebuchadnezzar does what? He erects this 90-foot statue in the plains of Dura, and then he wants everyone to worship the statue.

And I believe the same will happen during the tribulation where the Antichrist will have an image somewhat of himself, but I believe the image will be able to probably speak, produce tears, blood, and people will believe that this is something to be worshipped.

Why? You can go back now and read the writings of Pliny. You can read the writings of various first-century writers who said that there were statues that were believed to produce tears. There were statues that believed to could talk and people were caught up and captivated by it, and I believe some of these same things is happening we're going to see in the tribulation period. But it's going to be empowered by demonic forces, and as a result of that, people will follow after it.

We've seen down through the ages. We've seen people who come and say they have miraculous powers. They can heal individuals. Everybody has seen somewhere there was supposed to be a miracle, but I want to let you know that during the tribulation period, it's going to be multiplied, heightened, and as a result of that, people will be deceived. He's going to give breath to this image. And many people are going to be like, only God could do this. But I want to let you know it's going to be a lie. It's deceptive.

You see, why is he allowed to do this? Because the Lord has given Satan a leash for this period, three and a half years, 1,260 days, 42 months to ply his trade. But the Lord will come in and deal with it in a forthright manner. He's going to breathe breath into the image. It's going to speak. Many are going to worship. And those who do not worship, verse 15, what's going to happen to them? They will be killed.

There are only two paths that you would have during the tribulation period. Either you will be for Antichrist, either you will bow down to Antichrist, you will praise Antichrist, or you will be committed to the Lord God. There is no neutral ground.

You know, on your vehicle, you have options. It comes in park, it sits in park in a still fixed position. But then the next one is the R for reverse. We all have the N for neutral and the D for drive. The thing we have to understand is this, is that our faith, the world that we live in, when it comes to our spiritual lives, you only have two options. You can go in reverse away from God, or you can drive forward toward God.

Let me tell you something, you will not sit in park and there is no neutral. Either you are for God or you are against God. There is no neutral ground. There are those who proclaim I'm atheist. No, you're not. You're for the devil. I'm agnostic. You just don't believe God. You don't believe His testimony. You are for the devil.

You are either going toward God or you are going away from God. There is no neutral ground. That's only for your vehicle. That's not for your spiritual life. And the Bible is clear here, and especially in the tribulation period, there will be a forced worship. Authority will be given to the dark forces, this evil Trinity, to compel everyone to come for the Antichrist or go against. And if you go against, you will be killed.

So much for liberty. So much for options. So much for control. They go away. And the second half of this text, stay with me here. It's so important. Don't miss this. Because in the second half, we get the mark of the beast, the 666. And I want you to see it, because what happens now, there will be a total control of commerce. A total control of commerce.

When we get down to verse 16, the Bible says, and he, antecedent to none other than the beast, the beast who is none other than the false prophet, causes all, the small, the great. This is a comprehensive language to refer to everyone who exists in the universe. The small, the great, the rich, the poor, free man, slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead. He says everybody will receive this mark.

If you recall in Deuteronomy chapter 6, when the Lord gave them the Mosaic Law, in Deuteronomy chapter 6, the Lord told them to bind the word on their hands, the phylacteries. And if you look in Deuteronomy 6, he told them with the Word of God, he says, I want you to put it on your forehead and on your hand as frontlets.

And the Jews literally took these little leather boxes, which is called phylacteries, and the phylacteries were where they would put little scriptures and they would wrap them on their hands as you see the rabbi, and they would also put them on their head in fulfillment of Deuteronomy chapter 6, verse 8. They were binding the word and they wanted God's Word to be there as a reminder that they are committed to Yahweh worship.

They were monotheists. They were committed to the serving of Him and Him alone. They were committed to teaching it to their children. They were committed to talking about it as they walk along the way. And so the imagery of the Word of God on their forehead and on their hand was symbolic of saying that they were following God and they were committed to His precepts and promises.

The only way you're going to get it is you've got to have the mark of the beast. And I want to let you know something. Our world is coming into alignment slowly and subtly to get to the place where we will be under the mark of the beast. Listen closely, watch this.

Right now, we have a candidate running for public office, and this is something we traditionally would not see in the United States of America. And if you believe that you wouldn't be so bold and brash to say it, because most Americans would recoil to hear these things, especially in what we call capitalist society.

But we have individuals who are saying that they want to have free housing for everyone. Free housing for all of those who have rental property. That means you lose your assets. Portfolio decreased immediately. Free subway system for the city. Universal childcare. Nobody ever asks the question, well, who's going to pay for this?

Free bussing. Eliminate private grocery, meaning that no one will control it other than the government. What is it? It is slowly trying to get us in alignment. And what I want you to understand is this, is that this has been afoot for a while, and then the elimination of prisons.

What is all of this doing? It has been pushing us slowly over the years, even going back to 1930s, some of the policies from our government trying to get people dependent upon it. Why? So they will accept the final push and thrust to total control over every aspect of their lives, and it is always a subtle slide, a subtle shift toward this, and the Lord Himself used leaders and individuals to bring people to this end.

And most of us, we are so unaware, oblivious. We're not reading the Word of God, being led by the Spirit of God, and deciphering and discerning what is going on in the world around us, because we're so caught up with the temporal. What are we going to eat for lunch?

And we miss the slide and shift and where we are going, that we are getting in alignment right now for a one-world government by this singular entity called Antichrist false prophet, and we're not aware of it. Let me show you this. There's only one thing that's lacking to keep us from being under this one-world system. There's only one thing that's missing, and our government is working on it as we speak: a currency.

It's all missing. BRICS, what do you think it's about? Singularity. Cryptocurrency, what's it about? We're trying to get a singular system that will work universally and that gets us in alignment, because then we're totally controlled. You say, I can't believe it, I don't believe it. How many of you in here have a cellphone? Raise your hand. There it is. We got you. You say, but I turn mine off, I don't have tracking on mine. It don't matter, baby. Commit a crime, and I can tell you everywhere you've been. I got you. I got you.

What is happening? The technological advances, this universality, this desire to be one is bringing us in alignment for a singular rule under Antichrist who's promoted by the false prophet. If you hear me say amen. This is Bible. And we say, how can we get there? We're already there. Friedman was right: the world is flat. We are all connected. We are all connected. In an instance, we can beam a signal across the world, and we are controlled by a singular authority because God is preparing us for His final solution.

He goes further in this text. Stay here, it's so important that we see this. And in this text, he says not only about this mark on their foreheads, you can't buy or sell. He says what kind of mark: either the name of the beast or the number of his name. He says here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for the number is that of a man, and his number is 666.

There are so many different theories that are put out there that have been given for the number 666. Numerology, gematria is one of the formulas that people use to try to decipher who is this 666. And they use the numbers and they calculate Nero Caesar to be the person who is 666. Others see it as also the Pope or papal authority, the Roman Catholic Church.

Calvin, Martin Luther, many of them saw them as other figures as well. People who have come and tried to use their authority in leadership in in some way. Domitian, Napoleon, Hitler. Some even applied to American presidents. Some were saying Ronald Reagan was the mark of the beast was applied to him. But I'm convinced that the 666 is probably none other than the number for man.

If you look in Scripture, you look at the Bible, it's clear. God did His creating work in six days. God gave man the responsibility to work for six days. And on the sixth day, God created man. And I believe these 666 symbolize humanity, the imperfection of humanity.

And God used this to show that this imperfection of humanity is what rebels against Him. And these 666s remind us of how we are in rebellion to a holy God. We resist Him, and as a result, He let us go our way.

And I was telling you about the deers and them coming to the deer feeder. Those deer are enjoying the feeding when I feed them. And you know, I take my phone and I have a camera set up a few feet from my feeder so I can observe and watch which deer come, when they come, the size of the deer, mature, young, whatever. And so I can watch them on my phone. Get alerts, just download boom to my phone.

The one thing the deer have done is they have become so accustomed they just run, they play around the feeder, because I give them flavored corn. Not just corn, any corn. I give them apple-flavored corn and cinnamon. Throw a little protein in there and they love it. Just running and enjoying themselves like clockwork. Just watch them. But what the deers don't know is that I'm waiting for my opportunity to slay them.

I'm already savoring some nice tenderloins and deer sausage for us venison eaters. I know some of you guys eat. For you others, bear with me. I'm sorry to use such a crass illustration. Y'all be patient with me. But they don't know that death is at their door while they're enjoying and eating. They're oblivious to the fact that there's something sinister that's sitting yards away, waiting for the opportunity.

And I want to let you know that this is the same in the world. We're saying we want free, we want this, give us this, give us this. Somebody's paying for it, but I want to let you know that one day, one day, somebody's going to tap you on the shoulder and say, hey, it's time to pay the piper. There are no free lunches anywhere.

Nothing's free. Salvation cost our Lord His life. There's nothing free. I want y'all to hear me, and especially young people, listen to me. Nothing is free. I got a scholarship, it's free. Oh no. Oh no. It's not free. Somebody paid. It's not free.

Now, Lord is letting us know the deceptiveness of the false prophet's going to come to deceive individuals to bring them to the place where what? They're slaughtered, they're killed. We have to be careful as I close in our society today because the spirit of false prophet is here. And there are those who are trying to get us to bow down to worship the enemy, to worship Satan, to bow down to the Antichrist of the world, to bow down to Satan's agenda.

But as believers, I want to lovingly and compassionately encourage you and challenge you: stay with the Word of God. Stand on His promises, read His precepts, and our Lord will sustain us. If you believe that give the Lord a hand clap of praise. Our impact factor today is this: I want you to see it. False prophets lure the spiritually immature through deceptive words and false promises, but spiritual maturity is a deliberate choice.

Let me tell you something, you have to decide if you want to be deceived or if you want to walk in truth. It's not given. You have to work for it. God is not giving it to you, but if you want it, it's available. It's available. And I want a compassionate and as gracious and lovingly as I can, I want to challenge you today: don't stay where you are. Get a system, a strategy to know God's Word, to walk with Him, to meditate upon it, to seek His face daily, and watch God develop you in Christ Jesus.

Let us pray. Father, we love You, we thank You for today. We thank You for Your mercy and grace. And Lord, we ask that You guide us. Lord, help us to be aware of the deceptive practices of false teachers, false prophets, false apostles. And Father, may we come to the truth of Scripture, adhere, follow it. Lord, for what You do we will give You praise and glory. Love You, we ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
