“Who Is Jesus Christ Today?” He is the Jesus who is for us, having judged our sin on the cross. He is the bright and morning star, who at the darkest hour appears before the sun rises. He is our High Priest who sees all things, and possesses all authority. Jesus alone exercises perfect justice, and knows our motives behind everything we do.

Jesus Christ is the eternal complete and total revelation of the Word of God. Jesus is the ruler of the ages, and the governor of time. And, when He comes, He will come in righteousness and will bring with Him His own supreme form of judgement.

From Jesus’ point of view, He is God in human flesh. Jesus died and rose again, never to die again. He is ruler over all the world, and yet still loved us when we needed Him the most. When was that? When He was dying on the cross in our place.

From Jesus’ point of view we’ll see that He is forever faithful. He never leaves us, but sets us free, and gives us hope. Jesus is the door through which salvation is possible, and the Good Shepherd that loves and cares for us everywhere we go.

We first need to understand that through divine grace, we are the object of God’s affection. As true believers, we’re no longer fighting with God, but have been given His peace. God is spirit and is not bound by time, and when trouble comes, He is there.

In the book of Revelation, Jesus is in His full resurrected strength. The Alpha and the Omega, who was and is and is to come. The seven churches mentioned, represent the hearts of the religious and the number seven in God’s accounting, represents the number of completion.

In both the Old Testament and New Testament, there is harmony in the scripture. ‘Jesus Christ unveiled’ comes from the entire Bible. In the book of Revelation, John wrote down all that he saw and heard, and concluded that Jesus is the Christ, exactly as He said He was all along.
