God is going to separate the true from the false. Truth is the one judge of the enemies of the cross of Christ.  For the message of the cross is an offense to those who are perishing in their sins. But, there can be no salvation for mankind without the cross.

God's plan for us was formed before we were even born. But, unless our eyes are fixed on Jesus Christ and His perfection, we will either judge ourselves too harshly, or too lenient. The key is to stay focused on Christ, and what His word says about our lives.

God loves us! This is hard for us to grasp. But, we need to accept His love and respond by living in such a way that we will not be denied the person and presence of Jesus Christ, nor His plan for our lives.

Jack Hibbs is the founder and senior pastor of Calvary Chapel Chino Hills in Southern California. Jack and his wife, Lisa, began Calvary Chapel Chino Hills as a home Bible study fellowship/church plant from Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa in 1990.
