Mankind has a need for redemption. Man was not always in a fallen state, but in disobedience towards God, Adam and Eve fell into sin. And, this sinfulness was transmitted to the human race.

Jesus made a difference everywhere He went, and to all He met. Jesus was effective through His teachings by showing what is disapproving to God, by correcting wrong thinking, and by giving practical knowledge that helps us do what is right.

Christ had a purpose in coming to this world. His first mission was to fulfill all that was written of Him in the Bible. He did this by ransoming the nation of Israel from their sins. And, then Christ in His compassion, liberated all the other nations, to bring them to Himself.

Christ has a God-ordained mission. And that is to deliver all those who put their trust in Him, from the evil of this world. And, our mission is to continue His message of how He wants to free all those who are held captive, from the stronghold of sin and death.
