Adam and Christ
In Adam, we all die. But if we are joined to Christ by faith, we shall be made alive!
Guest (Male): Open the Bible with Colin Smith.
Colin Smith: The entire human family suffers from a disease called sin that leads to death. And if God had left us there, we would be without hope. In Adam all die. But God decided to build another family, a family of people who belong to Jesus Christ, not by physical birth, but by a new birth through the Holy Spirit. Adam's sin runs throughout his family, bringing corruption and death to us all. But Jesus' righteousness runs throughout his family, changing the eternal destiny of all who belong to him. For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive.
You and I are both in Adam by nature. The question is, are you in Christ by faith?
