The Word of God ought to move in your life to produce a change, a kingdom type change. And that change begins with what's known as Grace. In the Hebrew, that word ‘’hesed’’. And God's grace brings about change so that your life can be a recipient of God's will. Now not just receiving His promises His blessings, but having demonstrated His will, having done those things, that you will be a recipient of the rewards the recompense of God. And that's a wonderful thing, to carry out God's purposes, and be a recipient of God's promises.

When it comes to the last days, the word of God is most specific. And when we wrestle with the Bible, and we prayerfully consult texts, asking God to be our teacher, asking for the illumination of the Holy Spirit, that he would guide us in all truth for the purpose of living righteously. God's going to reveal things to you. Now we should never be afraid of questions. We should want to be people that deal with biblically based questions, and asking God to teach us what is His truth, how to properly understand His Word.

Are you believing a biblical account from God's Word? God does indeed want to lead you in his pathways, his paths are directions for us to find his very goodness, and with the good things of God comes also his presence, being intimate, being together with him. So ask yourself a question. What are you pursuing? are you pursuing the things of this world? Not that all the things of this world are bad? We know that we have need there's a necessity for certain things. But are we focused upon the things of this world? Or are we truly pursuing God, experiencing Him, knowing him, and being in his presence, walking in obedience, doing his will, and again, bringing glory and honor and praise unto him, this is where joy is found.

If you're going to be found faithful in the last days, you need to understand the chapter that we're going to begin to study in this lesson. Second Thessalonians chapter two, we're going to see revelation concerning what Paul calls our blessed hope. What is so frequently called by theologians as the rapture. And we need to know something, there is a difference between the rapture and the second coming. The Rapture happens before God's wrath.
