You were confused that He didn’t answer your prayer the way you had hoped, and on your timetable. But years down the line, you see a lot clearer, and come to realize God’s timing is so much better than ours. One of the lessons in front of us today on Light on the Hill is, God has perfect timing.

He’s fleeing from Saul in a cave. But it’s interesting to notice, how he reacts. He takes refuge in the Lord, and remains close to Him! That’s the best place to be, at such times.
