What do you do when you feel dry and lifeless? Cry out to the Lord! He wants to revive you and lift your spirits. Sing songs to your Savior! Praise him for who he is and all he has done for you. Your energy, power and joy will return as you sing and cry out to God.

If we want a life that is vital and alive in Christ, we must actively pursue him. We cannot serve two masters, so we must consciously choose to say “yes” to Jesus and “no” to the world and its distractions. Run the race in such a way as to get the prize!

Jesus does not want you to be anxious or weighed down by worry. Just as he cares for the birds of the air and the lilies of the field, so much more does he care for you! When moments of stress intrude on your day, go outside, enjoy the birds and the flowers, and be reminded of Jesus’ love for you.

Today we celebrate that we have a seat at the wedding supper of the Lamb! Though we don’t deserve a seat in our natural state, God has provided us with clothes of righteousness and given us a seat. Thank God for his merciful provision.
