Travis Hearn: Surrounded not Surrendered
This week, we are honored to have guest speaker Pastor Travis Hearn deliver a meaningful and relatable message. Pastor Travis is the senior pastor at Impact Church in Scottsdale, AZ. In addition to being an author, he has been affiliated with professional sports teams and is currently the team pastor for the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals.
As a result, he is often asked, “How did you get that gig?” He responds that it’s not a gig but a ministry to serve the Most High. He explains why we are “Surrounded but Not Surrendered,” which prevents us from having a personal relationship with Jesus.
If you want to be radically and powerfully saved to live out God’s divine plan for your life, you need to facilitate and steward His calling. Deny living for yourself, search your heart for the idols in your life, and you’ll begin to understand and know the power of Jesus. It’s your choice to obey God’s word to see the character and heart of God.

Pastor Mike believes that “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind can comprehend what God has for those who love Him (1 Corinthians 2:9),” and out of this conviction has sparked the emergence of the Equip and Inspire Network. Mike and Lisa reside in Honolulu and are the proud parents of three daughters and two grandchildren.
