Psalm 23
We live in a broken world with full of challenges, failures, and disappointments. As life continues, many unknowns lie before us that can weigh us down, inflicting wounds that often get buried or ignored. We have been created to thrive in our relationships with God, our family, our neighbors and ourselves. By knowing that God is our Good Shepherd, understanding the identity that we have as his precious sheep, we can find rest and healing in our souls. Through this humble book, Healing Through Psalm 23, may God comfort you who are suffering, who are in pain, who need forgiveness; may you know God, walk confidently and grow into the maturity of coming alongside others in their journey of healing.

Your commandment makes me wiser than my enemies, for it is ever with me. (Psalm 119:98) We must not make the same mistake as the king Hezekiah. 12 At that time Berodach-baladan a son of Baladan, king of Babylon, sent letters and a gift to Hezekiah, for he had heard that Hezekiah had been sick. 13 Hezekiah listened to and welcomed them and [foolishly] showed them all his treasure house—the silver and gold and spices and precious oil and his armory and everything that was found in his treasuries. There was nothing in his house (palace) nor in all his realm that Hezekiah did not show them. (2 King 20:12-13)

Hunger is more potent than complacency. While hunger preys, complacency vanishes. It is historically proven. Thirty years of American history shows the ramification of our lack of understanding toward other countries and their advancement. We gave opportunities to educated foreigners and train them to prosper…but then suddenly those who are benefited from American education turned our back and lifted their heels against us. Bible is the book of salvation, but also a book of wisdom and history. There is an ancient Israel King; his name was Hezekiah. We can learn a lesson from his mistakes.

When we do not have a clear biblical worldview, we do not talk about sins, Satan, grace, or eternal life through our savior. Even if we see clearly Pfizer sponsored Grammy Show with our eyes in daylight, the denial is much deeper to be cured. The primary issue we are experiencing in America today is that America opens its market to the world without the biblical worldview. We opened our society to the world before we were equipped to handle the world. As a result, even if we suffer immensely from the consequences of our sins and sins by others, we continue to enforce pain on others because we are more influenced than influancing. We promote and magnify sins and darkness rather than magnify God.

There are numerous promises from God. However, particularly, Romans 8 is like a deed, contract, or in Biblical terms, Covenant. It is a legal document that is sealed by the blood of Jesus. In ancient times, King’s seal is significant. The first seal probably developed from the amulet, whose purpose was to give protection to its wearer or to ward off evil. At one time a seal was believed to have some kind of magical protective power that would bring a curse or harm to the unauthorized person who dared to break it to obtain the contents it protected. Elwell, W. A., & Beitzel, B. J. (1988). Seal. In Baker encyclopedia of the Bible (Vol. 2, p. 1915). Grand Rapids, MI: Baker Book House.

Praise to the Creator and Preserver. Psalm 33 1 Sing for joy in the LORD, O you righteous ones; Praise is becoming to the upright. 2 Give thanks to the LORD with the lyre; Sing praises to Him with a harp of ten strings. 3 Sing to Him a new song; Play skillfully with a shout of joy. 4 For the word of the LORD is upright, And all His work is done in faithfulness. 5 He loves righteousness and justice; The earth is full of the lovingkindness of the LORD. 6 By the word of the LORD the heavens were made, And by the breath of His mouth all their host. 7 He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap; He lays up the deeps in storehouses. 8 Let all the earth fear the LORD; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. 9 For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast. 10 The LORD nullifies the counsel of the nations; He frustrates the plans of the peoples. 11 The counsel of the LORD stands forever, The plans of His heart from generation to generation. 12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, The people whom He has chosen for His own inheritance.

We have been celebrating Jesus, Immanuel, which means "God is with us." during the Christmas season. Jesus, as God and human, dwelled among us. The power of God manifests this significant concept in humans. We must meditate on this Good News even after the Christmas season. Without this image of Jesus, we would not have seen God. So what is Christianity? When we see humans transformed by God's power and becoming God-like humans manifested by the Devine love, we see authentic Christianity. This transformation can happen only through the power of God. I am seeking everyday for God’s grace because nothing comes out me is good. As we celebrate our Christmas in 21 Century, the Bible comes alive when we watch the technological integration attempt on humanity. Most of us are aware of technological advancement and the approach of avatars; the unification of avatars and humans is imminent as we approach this new era of humanity. Consequence of the attempt of change of human is that love will grow cold.
