Victory In Jesus II

February 22, 2013
Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. (Hebrews 12:2)

Some transitions used the word 'pioneer' instead of 'author'. God is the initiator of all things that is in the Old Testament and the New Testament. God is the one who paved the way of salvation that no one will come up with.

God still paves our way of the salvation even through things what the evil meant to destroy us.

Interview with Vitoria Grace Hagni, president of student club, 'Voices' at Grand Canyon University. She shares how God led her to start the new club, 'Voices' at her school campus to share the love of Jesus.

Psalm 23
We live in a broken world with full of challenges, failures, and disappointments. As life continues, many unknowns lie before us that can weigh us down, inflicting wounds that often get buried or ignored. We have been created to thrive in our relationships with God, our family, our neighbors and ourselves. By knowing that God is our Good Shepherd, understanding the identity that we have as his precious sheep, we can find rest and healing in our souls. Through this humble book, Healing Through Psalm 23, may God comfort you who are suffering, who are in pain, who need forgiveness; may you know God, walk confidently and grow into the maturity of coming alongside others in their journey of healing.

As we celebrate this Valentine's Day, we should remember what Christ has done for us and enter into his deep love for us. Our Valentine's Day becomes sweeter than remembering what we did not get what we expected. For a tip for men listeners, before you go shopping for your girlfriend or wife or children for a gift, pray and seek the counsel of the Lord. Pray for your lover to be filled with the Holy Spirit, your gift will be appreciated when she or he is filled with the love of God first. Bring roses with the love of Christ. Wear the fragrance of Jesus not just the fragrance of perfume. Let the presence of the spirit of Christ attract you to each other. Give respect and honor to each other. As God fills us with His Love, we are both content to each other by the love of Christ. Is your relationship getting cold and distant, and going in the wrong direction? Becoming closer to Jesus together, you can experience the relationship that you dreamed of. The word, love in Hebrews, was used for the first time in Genesis 22 when God described Abraham's love toward Isaac. God surely revealed His love for us through Abraham's life as closely as possible as what he would do for us later on in time. Abraham waited to have his son for a long time since He was promised to have a son. He experienced the love of God through his walk toward mount Moriah in Genesis 22. God commanded Abraham to sacrifice his beloved son on an altar up on mount Moriah. Genesis 22: 2 Then God said, "Take your son, your only son, Isaac, whom you love, and go to the region of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains I will tell you about.'(Genesis 22:2) God loves you! Jesus is our true Valentine! Happy Valentine's Day!

I was singing in my heart, "I have a Maker.. He Formed My Heart.. Before even time began... My life was in his hands" Israel). In everyone's heart, we have an image of a perfect father who is full of love and compassion. "When we declare freedom from God, we are entering the slavery of sin, yet freedom from sin is entering the presence of the loving heavenly father. We experience 'home' when we come back to our heavenly father." When the internal revelation of the Heavenly Father becomes a reality, we experience the greatest joy in our heart. For you did not receive a spirit of slavery to bring you back again into fear; on the contrary, you received the Spirit, who makes us sons and by whose power we cry out  "Abba"(that is, "Dear Father")  (Roman 8:15 CJB)

Heartfelt Testimony of Tom Brown, Host of Koinonia 1360 AM KPXQ, Phoenix Arizona.Koininia is basically a bond for a united purpose. The nature of the bond varies depending upon the nature of the purpose. For example, in Luke 5:10 the physician describes James and John as " partners" (koinonos) with Simon in the fishing business. Here their bond was that of a common occupation, and their shared purpose was to (literally) catch fish.  From "Fellowship in the Gospel" A study of the Greek Word Koinonia by Kyle Pope Christians are fishers of men. Our purpose of koinonia is for the saving lives and a sacred fellowship. Jesus bonds us together. Post modern church can be like sand.We shall bond closer together and bear each others burden.

God's gift was wrapped in a lowly manger and born in a stable where animals were living, a stable. I am not sure how Mary would have felt about sitting on a donkey and made a journey toward Bethlehem. Actually inside of Mary's body, Jesus was heading toward Bethlehem near Jerusalem. As a young mother knowing she was pregnant through the Holy Spirit, she would have had a difficult journey toward the city where the crowd was. When we walk our lives with faith, sometimes we walk alone just God and us. During those moments, we experience Immanuel more richly than when we are surrounded by people. Heavy body and heavy heart could make Mary weary on the journey of Bethlehem, yet she had a joy of having Son of God in her body with anointing of the Holy Spirit. Only reason she was able to carry on her calling might have come from experiencing the Immanuel. God was with her. She was kept on going on her journey in obedience to fulfill the prophecy. Matthew 1:22-23 All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet:The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel (which means God with us) Isaiah 7:14 Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.
