“America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.” ― Abraham Lincoln
Freedom comes from individuals accepting the freedom God has given us and delegating to God to lead us. But first, we must acknowledge God who he is and ask him for mercy and grace on this land. Free people free others.
When we go to a store or restaurant, we often see a sign like "Under A New Management." We now have new leaders. Amazing characteristic of America is, despite the election, we can still practice our freedom. We can still enjoy American culture, laugh, sing, and dance again. So, as the holiday is coming up, let's celebrate the culture of light. We must unite as family and friends to share love, grace, and joy. Let us manifest our internal joy at family, church, and community. Let us go back to the time like when we visited house to house and sang Christmas carols. America is still a beautiful country. So I encourage every American to be proud to be American. America is beautiful. America is gracious. America is fearless.

Christians Engaged President Bunni Pounds said, “We believe the Church is the answer for America. Unfortunately, there is not much difference between Christians’ voting patterns and those of the general public. If the Body of Christ across denominational lines would fight apathy, take Jesus to the ballot box, and vote biblical values in every election including local elections and primaries, we would see a generational impact on America.”
Christians Engaged exists to awaken, motivate, educate, and empower ordinary believers in Jesus Christ to: • PRAY for our nation and elected officials regularly • VOTE in every election to impact our culture • ENGAGE our hearts in some form of civic education and involvement for the well-being of our nation
Christians Engaged was founded by Bunni Pounds, a Bible teacher and political consultant with experience running campaigns at the federal, state, and local level. She ran for Congress in 2018, advancing to the runoff in a field of 8 candidates. In a year when 46 Texas GOP candidates ran for six open congressional seats, Bunni was the only woman to advance to a runoff.
