This week's program was recorded as Gerry was in the Panhandle of Alaska. Gerry had the opportunity to speak at a number of locations both there and in Anchorage. Gerry visits with Brad Taylor who was an art teacher in Petersburg, AK throughout his whole career. One of the things Brad taught in his class was jewelry-making with the theme of the plants and animals of Alaska. Brad also relates what life is like in this community with very few roads; all travel is by water or air. Brad and his family are living a lifestyle that few people today live.
