Mike Fabarez: Everyone wants to be recognized and appreciated for their accomplishments. And certainly God above all others deserves credit for His works. When the Creator decided to bless our lives and our world with anything that's beautiful or pleasurable or prosperous, then we as His creatures should always take time to humbly praise Him for being the gracious giver of all those good things.
Psalm 105:1 and 2 says, "Give thanks to the Lord and call upon His name. Make known among the nations what He has done. Sing to Him, sing praise to Him, and tell of all His wonderful acts." Let's embrace that directive and open our eyes today to God's works and boldly give Him praise and credit for the good things that He does.
