Ron Susek: Hello friend, Ron Susek here. I hope that you can be with me for the entire program today. I am taking you to Bismarck, North Dakota, the capital of the state. We had a great crusade there in years gone by and many other meetings in and about that area.

Now, I have been invited by Pastor Chaffee to the New Song Church. It is a marvelous church with a wonderful pastor, and we had an incredible weekend together just recently. He wanted me to speak on the Assyrian prophecy, the project that we are working on with the Assyrian people. I spoke Saturday morning, Saturday night, Sunday morning, and Sunday night. The people were phenomenal, and you are going to fall in love with this pastor.

Stay with me because I will be speaking this week and next week. It is a two-part series on Assyria's radical conversion. You are going to be amazed at what you are going to learn about the Assyrian people. This is vital to understand and know them as God prepares the way for them to be restored as a sovereign state and as God binds them together with Israel and Egypt to be worshipping God together and to be a blessing to the entire world. You do not want to miss this because it is your future. I will be right back.

Guest (Male): Finding and knowing God is a faith walk. The Bible says that without faith, it is impossible to please God. Our hope lies in the coming Messiah, who will establish God's peaceful kingdom on earth. This is FaithWalk with Ron Susek. Dr. Ron is an evangelist committed to encourage and equip your faith walk as we pass through these turbulent end-time days, awaiting the soon-coming kingdom. Here again is Ron Susek.

Pastor Chaffee: Welcome, everybody! I am super excited to have Ron with us here this morning. We go way back 30-some years, and I won't get into that story today. If you don't have a copy of the book, The Assyrian Prophecy, I encourage you to pick it up. We have some available after service. It is just a very interesting, powerful read. Once you start reading it, it is hard to put it down.

As we've been talking about all that is going on in the world, the Middle East, and just what God is doing and how we got connected, I was like, Ron, you've got to come to Bismarck and share. That was about two years ago. We have tried and tried and tried, and we finally got it so that he could come and be with us this weekend. I am really excited to have him.

Let's pray, and we will pray over our weekend here. God, we're grateful for safe travel for Ron being here and for all that you have done in his life and Diane, his wife, and their family. Lord, you're not done yet. We just pray for this weekend, for you to guide and direct. Supernaturally, whatever you would have us in Bismarck do to connect to what you are doing in the earth, we just say yes and we receive it.

We ask for your divine supernatural provision, protection, favor, and health. As Ron continues to minister, give him strength as he fights a sinus infection. Touch his physical body and again just connect him to those. We want to see the fulfillment of your word in every way, but especially when it comes to the Assyrian people. We trust it to you. We thank you again for your love. We love you. In Jesus' name, amen. Everybody said amen. Everybody welcome Ron with us.

Ron Susek: I feel like I just went to heaven and I am meeting people that I have known for so many years. Larry Chaffee, what a pleasant surprise to see you. Is this your bride beside you? She stayed with you all these years.

I can't tell you how thrilled I am to be here. I feel like my life is cycling back because we actually began here many years ago when I was launching into ministry and did a crusade at the Civic Center. Larry, do you remember that? God really blessed that. We had a great time. I saw a picture of it a couple of months ago and I called the pastor and told him about that. They said to bring it, but now I can't find it. If you have any pictures of that, I'd love to see it.

Those were the days when Governor Link was in office, and we became good friends. Then we came back for a patriotic thing and he was there with his wife. Great days, great memories. The one thing I'll never forget is one of my board members had a jet plane in those days and we were flying out to the West Coast. We stopped in to see Governor Link. It was 40 below zero. We got out as fast as we could on our way to California, you better believe it.

I am thankful to the Lord that we are reconnected, and I have to tell you that I am looking to God that this is not going to be just another weekend. Forgive me for having a thing in my mouth, but we are battling something here, and we're going to get through it. It is very interesting that in 1948 this prophecy began to be fulfilled. Most prophecies do not happen overnight. They happen over a process of time. That is why many times people lose sight of what's happening. I hope by the end of this weekend I have built up our prayer team because I desperately need prayer, not just for me but for what's happening because it's really growing bigger and bigger by the day.

The first phase of that prophecy already happened in 1948. Israel is home. Now, we have at least five more phases, and what we're looking at today and this weekend is only the next phase. When I say phase, I don't mean one comes after the other. With God, they can blend together; it can happen in 24 hours. But we need to take it a step at a time so we understand it.

The Assyrians are mentioned in this prophecy. This is what drew me into the prophecy. It might have been 40 or 50 years ago that I read that prophecy and I did what all my theologian friends have done. Most pastors I have met have done the same and they said they didn't understand it, so they kept reading to walk right by it. I don't think it was ignorance. I believe God shielded it for 2,700 years. That's how long ago Isaiah wrote it. God shielded it for the right time. They saw it a hundred years ago, but it wasn't God's time.

It actually hit the newspapers—not the prophecy, but the Assyrian people. I have every reason to believe now that we have come upon the time. I have to tell you, I did not seek out this prophecy; it sought me out. I could be sitting on a plane over the years and this thought would go through my mind: there are no Assyrians. How can that be in the Bible? I could be with friends at a party, and it kept coming back to me.

Finally, I said to my wife, I'm going to speak on this subject at a world convention for a denomination. When it was over, and you know how wives are protective, she said, "Ron, no great prophecy speaker ever spoke on that. Don't do it." I said, "Diane, I just feel compelled. I have to." At the end of the meeting, a man came up to me and he said, "Ron, I've never heard anyone speak on that subject before. I've written two books about it. If you'll write the next book, I'll give you all my research. I am an Assyrian."

Seriously, I got chills. I thought this is Lazarus stepping out of the tomb. What is going on here? That was maybe 20 years before. So I began to follow them in AINA News. You can do that yourself. AINA News, A-I-N-A News, and it's an Assyrian news out of the Middle East. Then when we took out Saddam Hussein, that is when I began to get the insight of how big this is. There were a million and a half Assyrian Christians living in Northern Iraq. They are identified in the Iraqi constitution as the indigenous people of the land. Their time in that land goes back to Noah's Ark. It goes back before that.

That's when I really began to dig in and do some research. Then in 2014, when ISIS attacked, that is when I sat in my living room, and I'm not exaggerating, and I knew these people. Not personally, but I knew of them. I was so angry that the press never identified them. If you recall, when ISIS was attacking, all the press said was Christian minorities were killed today. Do you know what that means to the world? Nothing. Why? A minority is a nameless, faceless, useless—let them die, who cares? Aren't we doing that right now in Ukraine and Russia? 5,000 a week die. I'm busy, I've got things to do. That's where the world was.

I wasn't, because I was following them now, and I literally pounded the side of the couch saying, "God, what can I do?" That heavy hand when God calls you, it's a heavy hand. He compels you, you don't have a choice. That's when the words of this minister came back to me: write the next book. So I did a deep dive. The Assyrian history is bigger than the Roman and Greek histories combined. If you ever start to study that, you've got a deep dive ahead of you.

Out of that came this book, and as soon as this book was released, one week later, COVID hit and killed the launch of the book. So I had to say, "Lord, this is your project, not mine. You called me, I didn't ask for this." What is interesting is that even though this book has never yet had adequate promotion, it has been read by Benjamin Netanyahu. Two copies are in the hands of President Trump. A copy is in the hands of Tulsi Gabbard. A copy is in the hands of Pete Hegseth.

We are watching God do things that I couldn't make happen, which is suggesting to me all these years of God drawing me to this because I was thrilled with what I was doing as an evangelist. I wasn't looking for this, but I had to come to the realization God is on this. There is something here that's in the timing of God. Let me take you into this little booklet you were given, this pamphlet. On page three, I simply quickly outline what we have done over the last 11 years, and now the momentum is really building.

Number one, on page three, is we researched and published the Assyrian prophecy. Two, we accepted interviews on numerous TV shows about the prophecy. Three, we traveled as far as Australia addressing Assyrian gatherings, and I also had a meeting with the Ambassador from Israel in Australia. They are now working on putting together a meeting between the Assyrians in Australia and the Israeli leadership.

Number four, we represented Assyria many times on our TV program. In fact, I just finished a major series. Number five, we produced two magazines about the Assyrians and the prophecy. Number six, I have written a number of articles about the Assyrians. Number seven, a proposal for Assyrian statehood was placed on President Trump's desk just about a month ago.

The encouraging thing to us, and there's a story behind it—I won't take the time to tell the story of how that happened—but I met one of his advisors and handed him this two-page proposal about the Assyrians. He read it over and said, "Word perfect, I'll take it in today." He went into the Oval Office and put it on the President's desk, and President Trump's response was, "I've got it on my radar."

That is why I need people to begin to pray like we've never prayed. God could do this without us, right? But he chose to make us partners in prayer so that his perfect will in heaven is established on earth by prayer. That's what Jesus taught us: "Thy will be done on earth as it's already finished in heaven." That's why I'm hoping we come out of this weekend with a prayer team in Bismarck, North Dakota.

Number eight, we met internationally with many governmental leaders regarding Assyria. Number nine, we opened an advocacy division with Assyrian activist Carmella Borashan, who is representing Assyria in both D.C. and the U.N. I will tell you that is labor impossible because the U.N. people and the people in D.C. will invite you in their office with smiles, pat you on the back, sit down, take notes, and escort you out. You think you got someplace and they throw everything in the garbage and forget about you. That is the U.N. That is D.C.

This is why we need a move of God. Number 10, knowing that only God can restore Assyria, prayer is the primary focus. When I talk about prayer, that is my passion, that is my life. I cannot make this happen; only God can make it happen. But when it does, it's going to be the next major move in prophetic movement. I'm an evangelist. My passion is the Gospel. Why am I involved in this? My ultimate reason is what God has pressed upon me. Think about this. We are talking to the President and we are talking to leaders around the world to come together and recognize this is God's prophecy; don't mess with it.

Act on it. Of course, we give them other reasons if they're not believers. The fact that they will be—let me put it this way: what I'm striving for in prayer and labor, and I hope you'll stand with me in this in prayer. Years ago, Islam gathered in a conference. I have this—I can't show it to you, but I can tell you what it's about. I can't show it to you because a friend of mine is getting a doctorate and if I show it to people, they'll call it plagiarism. But I can tell you the facts of it.

They determined that they were going to wipe out Christianity from the Middle East by 2020. Do you know how close they are? There are barely 200,000 Assyrians left in the Middle East. It went from a million and a half in 2020 down to 200,000, and they are doing everything to drive them out and wipe them out completely. The Kurds—here are the Assyrians—the Kurds are over them politically and the Iraqi government is over all of that politically. You and I have sent millions of dollars to the Assyrians; barely pennies got to them. They stopped up here.

Then they come and tell our government how much they love the Assyrians and what they're doing for them. Let me just give you one illustration of how they are forcing them out and doing what we call land grabbing. They get them so worn out that they leave and nobody buys it; they just say get out of here, it's our land. It is not their land. Historically, it is identified as the Assyrian land.

One night, a young man—his wife became violently ill. But the Kurds force the Assyrians at an 8:00 curfew every night. You can't come or go out of your village after 8:00. His wife was violently ill, he's rushing her to the hospital at 2:00 in the morning. They would not let—it is on video—there was quite a scuffle, quite an upset. They would not let him through the checkpoint. He took her home. Fortunately, by the grace of God, she survived. But that is how they just keep pressure, pressure, pressure until you give up and leave. Then they have got your land, they move into your home, and our government is blind to that. There has to be an awakening, and we just need to pray.

What I want to do in this first session is share with you the prophecy explained. We are going to hit mountaintops because I'm doing books on this and it'll be a lot deeper. I hope that you'll sign up to get these books when they come out, hopefully by the end of the year. I'm going to hit the mountaintops or we will be here all day because this is an incredible prophecy in three verses. It is a blockbuster, and it begins this way. Isaiah chapter 19, verse 23:

"In that day there will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria, and Assyria will come into Egypt and Egypt into Assyria, and the Egyptians will worship with the Assyrians."

What is wrong with that? They have been implacable enemies for millennia. And now they are going to be worshipping together? It doesn't end there. Verse 24:

"In that day Israel will be the third with Egypt and Assyria."

Make a note of that. Why would God identify them as only a third? In Ephesians chapter 2, the middle wall of partition has been dropped at the cross so that you and I are one with the Israelis, the Jews in Christ. And so God doesn't distinguish them as superior. There is no superiority in the body of Christ. If you are a co-equal heir with Christ, then you are surely a co-equal heir with every single believer.

In that day Israel will be a third with Egypt and Assyria, a blessing in the midst of the earth. Those three nations together, a blessing in the midst of the earth. I'll be going in a bit deeper over this weekend as to what that means. Verse 25:

"Whom the Lord of hosts has blessed saying, 'Blessed be Egypt my people, and Assyria the work of my hands, and Israel my inheritance.'"

Let's quickly go through each of those items and take a look at them. It begins with the phrase "In that day." There are those who have disagreed with me saying that prophecy's already been fulfilled. Go into AI, go into any research you want to do, and you will find periodically in Greece and other parts of the world fragments of this prophecy appeared to be fulfilled, but never the whole completion. This prophecy has not been fulfilled. It is yet in the making. And that you can rely on, you can teach that with confidence. No one's going to be able to contradict you. Just simply tell them, do your research. There is no event in history whereby that prophecy was completely fulfilled.

There will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria. One-third of that highway's already been built. Have any of you been to the movie—the highway—it's a documentary where they show this highway running through Israel. This highway runs north and south. No tourist has ever been up in the north because of the dangers where Rachel's tomb is.

At the same time, that highway is not as complete as it will be in the end, but that highway is there. Also, there is a highway from Israel into Egypt, down across the desert. I've been on that highway. There's not yet one up into Iraq, but what I'm saying is that this is not fictitious thinking. There will be a highway. What is interesting is that that highway, I believe, is both a literal highway and an image highway, an imagery.

It is a literal highway whereby I have all confidence—I'm a literalist, unless the Bible says it's figurative, I'm a literalist—so there's going to be a highway. Those three nations will walk that highway. That highway is also called the highway of holiness. What does that mean?

That highway is both where godly people are walking back and forth to worship together and also, by being on that highway, they are establishing the standard of the ways of God. Lock that in your mind; you'll be amazed how many times you find the ways of God talked about in the Bible. Holiness is simply the ways of God. We get strange ideas about it. But both in the Old Testament and in the New Testament, God said, "Be holy as I am holy." So we can do it. Through the blood of Christ and the forgiveness of God and the aid of the Holy Spirit, we can live holy lives. That is not impossible.

You become holy not by your striving, but he made you holy and declared you blameless right now. In position, you are as holy and blameless right now as you will be for eternity. You may say, "Ron, I lost my temper yesterday. I'm not that holy." Write it off, you're forgiven, it's washed away, it's in the blood of the Lamb. God didn't say, "If you get holy, I'll take you into heaven." He said, "I will make you holy and I will declare you blameless, that's your right to heaven through the blood of the Lamb." You with me?

Don't get upset if you got upset yesterday and you're saying, "I'm not holy." Well, we all have those moments. There will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria, and the biblical imagery is this: a highway always spells life or death. You either end up where you're going or you end up in a graveyard. A highway is either deliverance or destruction. You either reach your destiny or you reach destruction. It is also the imagery of salvation or damnation. Jesus said there is a broad way and a narrow way: one goes to destruction, one goes to the gates of heaven.

The world is not ending. God is preparing a new world soon to begin. My new book, The Assyrian Prophecy, reveals how Assyria will join with Israel and Egypt to bless the world under the soon-coming Messiah. Amid today's chaos, God is searching for righteous people through whom he will bring the prophecy to completion. When you reach the end of this book, one question will be in your mind: Lord, what would you have me to do? You can learn more at theassyrianproject.org.

Thanks for being with us today, and we hope you'll join us again next week as we find courage for the journey in our faith walk.

Return of the Martyrs

“Return of the Martyrs” by Ron Susek explores the spiritual significance of Christian martyrdom throughout history and its ongoing impact. Martyrs, those who willingly die for their faith, serve as ultimate witnesses to Christ, inspiring others and strengthening the Church, as seen in examples from Stephen and Polycarp to modern missionaries. While martyrdom brings deep suffering to families and witnesses, it ultimately demonstrates love for God surpassing worldly hatred.
