The apostle Paul had a certain way of doing things when he traveled on his missionary trips. He would visit various cities as the Holy Spirit led him, then he would backtrack through those same cities on his way home, to check on them and answer any questions that may have arisen since his first visit. Needless to say, he encountered many adventures in both directions, and today we’ll look to Acts chapter eighteen, where we’ll meet a man named Apollos.

You don’t have to look too long these days to find examples of horrible crimes committed against innocent people. The numerous mass shootings. Yet, no matter what the act, no matter how terrible, if the person who commits them asks God to forgive them with a repentant heart and receives salvation through Jesus Christ - they’re going to Heaven.
