From within the giant wooden horse, a group of warriors climbed out. And in the darkness and the quiet of night, these warriors opened the city gates from the inside…


And so after a ten-year siege failed to defeat the city, Troy fell – from the inside. The “Trojan Horse” was a grand deception which allowed for the entry of a subversive force into the unsuspecting interior – and the term is to this day synonymous for such entry.


Evolution has, in many ways, been a Trojan horse for subversion of the Church; for subversion of Judeo-Christian culture; and for subversion of Western Civilization. Like the walled city of Troy, accepting Darwinism within the gates of the city has led to great destruction on many fronts. Among other things, evolution has been used to bully people with a “scientific” cudgel, and to thereby justify:


- Unbelief in God and unbelief in the Bible.

- So-called theological “higher criticism” which has corrupted, weakened, and liberalized churches and communities throughout Western democracies.

- The sexual revolution and increasing tolerance for sexual perversions (“be the animal that you really are inside”).

- Abortion and euthanasia (a so-called “culture of death”).

- Survival of the “fittest” and the surge of “total war” through the 20th Century (“it's the way of nature”).

- Totalitarianism replacing the biblical notions of freedom and of people being made in the image of God (because “might makes right”).

- Eugenics and pseudo-scientific support for racism - exploited famously by the Nazis, and implicitly by Critical Race theory (CRT) in the new race-based victim-identity brand of Marxism known as “Woke”.

What is interesting is that Islam has now become a visible ally with socialists and progressives in

the effort to undermine Judeo-Christian culture. An Islamo-Leftist alliance has been noted in

both Europe and America, as Muslim immigrants migrate to the free world of traditional Western

Civilization and join with progressive values in political roles and activism.


Why would there be an alliance between two so dissimilar worldviews? The libertine secular

philosophies of the left seem diametrically opposed to Sharia law in submission to Allah. The

primary answer is that such a bipolar alliance is united against a common enemy – the Judeo-

Christian, i.e., biblical alliance.


The political left has provided cover and support for antisemitic commentary from Muslim

governing officials. There is a shared value of fomenting grievances by perceived “victim

classes” against the “ruling class” in Western democracies. This is a shared desire not to

assimilate to the traditional freedom and biblical values of Western Civilization, but to change it.

As Karl Marx said, “Philosophers have only interpreted the world. The point, however, is to change it.” And Islam, which means “submission”, is all about getting “unbelievers” to “change” in submission to Allah through Sharia.

In addition to a shared desire to change traditional Western Civilization, there also is a shared

strategy of deception, or disinformation – because with both the Left and Islam, “the end

justifies the means”. Vladimir Lenin said when training communist youth, “Our morality is

entirely subordinated to the interests of the class struggle”. In other words, if you must

lie to advance the “class struggle,” then so be it. Here is actually a principle and characteristic of

Satan, as the Bible says, “he is a liar and the father of it” (John 8:44). The final “utopian” ideology is worth whatever it takes to get there! Islam has a concerted doctrine called al-Taqiyya (which means “prudent dissimulation, concealment, misrepresentation, deceit”) – a doctrine of deceiving your enemy for the sake of conquering them; to be utilized officially when Muslims are in the minority under a non-Muslim ruling class, before they assume political power.


Like Evolution and the designs of Marxist change agents, Islam presents a “Trojan horse”

attempting to enter the gates of the city. Christians must be vigilant, informed, engaged, and

praying - praying “not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” (Ephesians 6:12). And for the redemption of those souls caught up in the lie of Islam.


Thankfully, the Bible tells us that despite all the tools of the adversary, Christ is the

victor! - “…the gates of hell shall not prevail against it (the Church built on the rock of Jesus

Christ!)” Matt 16:18.
