Leaders of the church can be hurtful if they lead the flock into heresy or allow false prophets in. So leaders must be humble and remember that the church belongs to Jesus Christ, not to them.

As the Bible shows, worship involves us physically and emotionally. It includes music and our voices. But overall, worship is an acknowledgement of who God is and what He has done.

Paul compares the church to a physical body. The church body has a variety of talents, skills and abilities, but there is also a unity of purpose. And we should always emphasize that unity.
