Both the events of the total solar eclipse of August 21, 2017, visible in a path across the entire United States, and the four Blood Moons of 2014 and 2015 (a series of four consecutive lunar eclipses coinciding on Jewish holidays), caused some to predict war or a financial crisis was coming, as signs of warning from heaven, or that they signaled the 2nd coming of Jesus.
