Pressing to Draw Near
The curtain in the tabernacle reveals a mystery that still speaks to the pursuit of intimacy with God.
Rabbi K.A. Schneider: Shalom beloved. I'm Rabbi Schneider. I want to mention again today the thick veil that separated the Holy of Holies from the holy place inside the Tabernacle. As I said previously, it's a mystery because we don't know how the High Priest was able to get through that thick veil because there was no door in it.
As I shared, he did it in a way that speaks to us about the necessity of us passing through thick resistance to enter into the Holy of Holies. Even as Yeshua had to defeat the devil in the wilderness before He came out of the wilderness in the power of the Spirit, so you and I today must rise up and do spiritual warfare, penetrating through the veil of darkness to enter into the deepest communion with the Holy One.
