Savior and Healer
Rabbi K.A. Schneider: Shalom, beloved. This is Rabbi Schneider. I was so blessed when I read in Matthew chapter eight, after Jesus came down from preaching the Sermon on the Mount, that He healed everyone that was brought to Him with a bodily illness. And then Matthew says this was to fulfill what the Prophet Isaiah wrote, and he quoted a scripture from a passage from the book of Isaiah, which speaks about the crucifixion and atonement of Jesus and how it atoned not just for our sin but also provided healing for our bodies.
Beloved, let's look to the Lord to be our sufficiency for everything in life, both for the forgiveness of our sin and also for health in our bodies. Beloved, I want to encourage us all. Let's look to the Lord to be our Savior and our Healer.
