It is Finished
The cry from the cross still carries an invitation every heart needs to hear.
Rabbi K.A. Schneider: Shalom beloved, this is Rabbi Schneider from Discovering the Jewish Jesus. We read in Matthew 27 that right before Yeshua breathed his last and gave up his spirit on the cross, he said, "It is finished."
I just love thinking about the fact that it is finished, that the door has been opened for you and I to enter in and come into communion with our creator, with God himself. I want to encourage us all today; let's give our lives completely over to our creator, completely over to God. It's time to come.
