Contrary to every other world or religious view our relationship with the Lord is based on grace. In every other view, you must pay with good works, or karma, or pull yourself up by your own bootstraps. That leaves us constantly striving and never attaining. Today we join pastor John Randall in Romans chapter one where the gospel of grace is emphasized.

Pastor John Randall has been offering highlights from the life of David over the last couple of months. And we’ve seen many highs and lows, victories and defeats! Sin and it’s consequences. But through it all, the Lord refers to David as a man after God’s heart. And that should be an encouragement to all of us. Even though we blow it, God still sees us through Christ-colored glasses.
