So how can we stay in the joy of the Lord all day long, regardless of our circumstances? Here are a few things that we can be intentional about:

Let us ask the Lord to help us to seek contentment and hold onto it regardless of what we may be experiencing.

The promise of Jesus stands firm. Come to him if you feel weary. Come to him however you feel. Come and rest.
