Acts 1:8

Acts 1:8 is a powerful commissioning for every believer. It reminds us that our ability to be effective witnesses for Christ doesn't come from our own strength or eloquence, but from the supernatural empowerment of the Holy Spirit. This verse encourages us to rely fully on God's Spirit, knowing that He provides the wisdom, courage, and words needed to share the good news.

Every believer has a role to play in this grand mission.

Therefore, let us be encouraged to step out in faith, knowing that the same Holy Spirit who empowered the early disciples is at work within us today. We are not called to witness in our own power, but to be vessels through whom God's power flows, enabling us to share His love and truth effectively with a world in need.
