Could global alliances move the world toward an international biometric database? Join Josh Davis as he provides the details on today's headlines from the end times.

Josh Davis: Greetings, fellow Watchmen on the Wall, and welcome to another Headlines from the End Times. On today's episode, I want to share with you some of the emerging technologies that line right up with the Revelation 13 Antichrist system. But I want to begin by giving a perspective on what took place in Minnesota.

I know it's been almost two weeks since that church was invaded on a Sunday morning, but there are some definite ties to Bible prophecy. And so, I want to offer this perspective through the lens of God's Word. We read in 2 Timothy chapter 3, verse 12, "Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution."

We understand that City’s Church, that Southern Baptist congregation in St. Paul, Minnesota, was invaded by a mob of anti-ICE protesters on Sunday, January 18th. As those leftist agitators targeted this congregation, alleging that one of its pastors is affiliated with ICE in the Twin Cities, they totally disrupted the whole worship service, intimidating many of the people who were there.

In the verse that I just read, Paul was warning young Timothy that persecution is going to come upon those who desire to live a godly life. That may look different at different places and different stages, and we understand the growth of persecution around the world. We understand that the world is a less friendly place towards Christians than it has been in quite some time.

The godless disruptors in St. Paul entered this church, this holy sanctuary set aside for the worship of Almighty God, wanting to prohibit it from sharing God's Word and giving out the gospel message on a Sunday morning. Friends, this is further evidence that the spiritual warfare is growing in these last days. That's exactly the point that I'm making by sharing this information with you.

I know all the talking heads have given their opinions on what took place and the facts and the figures, but we need to get to the root of the issue. The root of the issue is the spiritual battle that is growing in our days. These attention-seeking, scripture-twisting, self-righteous political activists turned this worship service into a circus. I wonder if they realize that the forces of darkness are fueling their rage.

Why else would they show up at a church service on a Sunday morning? Why not go to the pastor's office on Friday? Why not go to the ICE building there in St. Paul and protest there? They didn't do that. At its root, this is a spiritual issue. This spiritual battle is hot and heavy in the United States of America, and this is further evidence of what is happening.

Sadly, the god of this world has blinded their eyes so that they can't even recognize who they are ultimately serving. You can read 2 Corinthians chapter 4, verse 4, and it talks about this very thing. That's the end-times spirit of worship that I believe is going to engulf the world during the tribulation, as prophesied in Revelation chapter 13.

I don't think that it's so much that people are going to bow before a singular deity, but that it's this spirit of self-worship that's predicted in 2 Timothy chapter 3, verse 1. We read verse 12, but in the last days, perilous times will come. Verse 2: "For men shall be lovers of their own selves." This spirit of self-centered love is what is fueling so much of the spiritual battle, and it's really demonic.

If you go all the way back to the book of Genesis, you see as the serpent slithers into the garden in chapter 3. His message is one of, "God's trying to hold you back. God doesn't want you to experience everything that you can experience. There is something within you that you can unlock." That's the spiritual battle that we see on display in our world today. If you need more convincing, consider where this is happening.

Minneapolis-St. Paul is nicknamed "Paganistan" because tens of thousands of Wiccans and pagans call this metro area their home. Paganicon is a pagan convention that's held annually in the Twin Cities to further the teachings and the practices of paganism. We understand that the spiritual forces of darkness have targeted this part of America as much as just about any other region. It's a real hotbed for these kinds of things.

It was Dr. Albert Mohler who pointed out back on January 19th that the tactics employed by these protesters are straight out of the 1960s Marxist playbook. We understand that Marxism is very much involved in a lot of these groups and this kind of movement. Dr. Mohler said, "Agitators such as Saul Alinsky became leftist ideologues who basically set the agenda for how these kinds of protests would take place."

He detailed their methodology by saying, "Maximum media coverage, maximum impact, maximum disruption." That's their strategy. This demonic disruption reveals the convergence of prophetic signs. The Marxists have tried to push the world towards the radical globalist agenda for decades now, and we know the state of Minnesota is no stranger to this battle, as displayed by all the other political events happening there right now.

A lot of people have given attention to the Marxist takeover of global governments, global economies, and groups like the United Nations or the World Economic Forum. While people are talking about those things, this invasion at City's Church really shows the deeply spiritual side to this movement. We see a prophetic convergence that aligns perfectly with what God has revealed in His Word.

According to Revelation 13, the Antichrist and his cronies are going to lead a global government and economy that's glued together by a deeply spiritual, demonic worship movement. That's the end-times mindset that is developing rapidly in the United States of America. The amazing thing to me is that we're witnessing this take place right before our very eyes. The things that God has prophesied are beginning to take place in our generation.

It's mind-blowing for us to think about these kinds of things and to understand the direction that this world is heading. You see the convergence of this push for a one-world government, a one-world economy, and now fueled by the spirit of the age, this demonic spirit of self-worship that will permeate Revelation 13 during the tribulation period.

For us as Christians, we've got to wake up to the spiritual urgency of this late hour. We can't allow the forces of darkness to silence our voices. We've got to continue proclaiming the Word of God to a world that is racing toward the tribulation. We've got to stand as Watchmen on the Wall. That's why we are here to inform you and to give you the biblical perspective.

I want to give the response that City's Church has released. This shows the response of people who love Jesus and who are wanting to minister for Him in a very dark place. In response to what took place, City's Church released this statement: "Jesus is real. When we gather on Sunday mornings to worship Him, we are gladly giving ourselves to what is most central and sacred in our life together."

"We worship Jesus stretches as the main banner of our church, alongside two other pursuits that flow from it: loving one another and seeking the good of the Twin Cities. On Sunday, January 18th, a group of agitators jarringly disrupted our worship gathering. They accosted members of our congregation, frightened children, and created a scene marked by intimidation and threat."

"Such conduct is shameful, unlawful, and will not be tolerated. Invading a church service to disrupt the worship of Jesus or any other act of worship is protected by neither the Christian scriptures nor the laws of this nation. We welcome respectful dialogue about present issues and about how the realness of Jesus as revealed in the Bible provides the only final answers to the world's most complex and intractable problems."

"Jesus Christ, the divine Son of God, lived, died, and rose again for the rescue of all who put their faith in Him. He offers a love that transcends cultures, borders, policies, and politics. As those who have been loved and rescued by Him, we will not shrink from worshipping Jesus, nor will we stop teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Messiah, as Acts 5:42 states."

The statement went on to say, "Church buildings are meant to be places of peace and solace where worshippers can hear and live out this message. We therefore call on state, local, and national leaders to protect this fundamental right. We are evaluating next steps with our legal counsel."

Our good friend and fellow guest here on Watchman on the Wall, Bill Federer, has noted in his book, *Backfired*, when Baptists in Virginia had their church services disrupted, it was James Madison who introduced a bill in the Virginia legislature on October 31st of 1785 for punishing disturbers of religious worship. It passed in 1789.

James Madison wrote, "If any person shall of purpose maliciously or contemptuously disquiet or disturb any congregation assembled in any church, he may be put under restraint during religious worship by any justice present and shall commit him to prison, there to remain till the next court to be held, and upon conviction shall be further punished by imprisonment."

Again, that comes from the Virginia State Legislature as that was introduced by none other than James Madison. This goes way back in our nation's history. Belize receives US funding under a new biometric data sharing agreement. The country of Belize has received roughly $250,000 in US-funded biometric equipment and technology. That's the key part of the story that I want to emphasize. We're seeing a development among many countries starting to share biometric information with each other in the name of safety and security.

If a particular country understands that so-and-so is trying to cross their borders, they need to be able to share that biometric information with the United States or with another country. We're hearing that all over the place. This has been set up at the international airport in Belize to get biometric fingerprint information primarily, but perhaps some other biometric and biographic information, and share that with the United States.

This agreement was made between the government of Belize and was signed by Belize's Foreign Minister and the US Homeland Security Secretary, Kirstjen Nielsen. This technology is allowing them to collect this biometric information and to share it with other governments. This is showing a step-by-step progression toward a centralized database of all the world's citizens.

I believe that is a step-by-step progression that the world is taking in order to have a one-world government system that will be the hallmark of the tribulation period. You need to have a database of all the world's citizens. Look how we are moving in that direction. The country of Greece is offering a new digital ID card that is mandatory from August forward for the citizens that want to travel into the European Union.

The issuance of this card started back in September 2023, but they've upgraded their national ID card. Unlike the old card, this new biometric digital ID is RFID-enabled and has been designed with advanced security features. There's an embedded chip that will contain the face and fingerprint biometric data of the holder. When I say embedded chip, it's not a chip embedded into the person, it's embedded into the card.

It's very similar to those RFID chips on your credit card. This chip on the card will contain the face and fingerprint biometric data of the cardholder. It'll have a 10-year validity period. Every 10 years, you're going to have to update your information. There's also a unique 12-digit personal identification number given to every Greek citizen. I don't think I have to really connect the dots here for you. Just think about the prophetic dots that can be connected with stories like this.

Speaking of similar things, we're seeing a convergence in digital currency as well. Tools for Humanity, this is the firm associated with Sam Altman's Worldcoin crypto, has the Orb, which scans the iris of people's eyes as a unique biometric identifier. They say the iris of your eye is even more unique than your fingerprint scan.

They've been using this for a number of years. It's something I've talked about in our prophecy conferences. They're taking it another step. They are working with some other technological companies and they're calling it the world's first palm and crypto retail payment. Worldcoin is a digital cryptocurrency. Now they're not just going with the iris scan, they're allowing you to pay with your palm with this cryptocurrency.

The demonstration for this proposed advancement was unveiled at the National Retail Federation Big Show in 2026. It showcases the integration of decentralized identity principles with palm biometric authentication technology. What does that mean? In a nutshell, all you have to do is hover your palm over this payment device and voila, you've paid for it.

Amazon released what they call Amazon One a couple of years ago, and it works very similarly. It's linked to your Amazon account, which is linked to your bank account, and you hover your palm over the payment device. You don't have to remember your wallet. You don't have to carry a card with you. All you need is your palm.

You hover your palm over the payment device and you're free to go. That's what they are using here with their own technology, apart from Amazon, and they're coupling it with a cryptocurrency. It's not connected to cash; it's a cashless system. It's this cryptocurrency, Worldcoin. A very globalist name, by the way.

It includes this Worldcoin cryptocurrency transaction and it's integrated with the World App wallet. We understand that the iris is connected to the palm scan, and the palm scan is connected to the wallet. The world is quickly moving in this direction. Some of the experts pushing for this technology are saying, "Retail is at a moment where payments need to be faster, simpler, and more intuitive for both shoppers and merchants."

Notice what is being marketed here: faster, safer, more secure. These are always the promises with this kind of technology. We hear it constantly. Watchmen on the Wall, I want to encourage you to have your ears open to this kind of message. It's always faster, safer, more secure. That's the promise.

Now, I'm not against using technology or advancing technology. However, where I see the need for caution is when we buy into all of this at the risk of our personal freedoms. We also need to think about how this could be twisted and used to control us. We'll have much more to say as we continue exploring these kinds of things.

We haven't even talked about the World Economic Forum that recently took place. Economically, we see the world quickly pushing. When you look at the realm of government, there is a great push in the name of safety, security, and speed to use these kinds of biometric technologies. It seems to always be centering around the face scan and the fingerprint.

Revelation 13 talks about how the mark of the beast system will use the forehead and the right hand. We are being conditioned in this direction in our world today. That's really what I'm trying to show is the step-by-step progression toward the biblical end-times scenario. People are being conditioned to think that this is just normal and just the way that technology is advancing in our generation.

At the root of all of this is a deeply spiritual movement. We need to open our eyes and our ears to what's happening in the world around us. Ultimately, as followers of the Lord Jesus Christ, it's time for us to fix our eyes on the Lord Jesus and to go forward by faith. He has put us here for such a time as this. Dear Christian friend, this is the moment for us to be prayer warriors, to seek the face of the Lord in prayer, and to go forward by faith in our generation, proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ.
