It’s one thing to have strong faith in God when the sun’s shining. It’s quite another when dark storms strike. A boat loaded with prisoners were sailing to Rome when their vessel sank in gale force winds. And had it not been for the courage of Paul, also a prisoner, all would have been lost.

There’s great terror being caught in a storm at sea. You fear that the deep will become your grave. Paul was on a ship taking him to Rome. Faced with sinking, his courageous actions saved the crew and fellow prisoners.
