In this message from Acts 16, we discover three conditions of our hearts, much like the Philippians—the first converts in Europe. Even in the darkest of places, we can have faith and courage.

When we pray for an hour by ourselves, we’re not actually alone. In Gethsemane, Jesus asked the disciples to pray with Him. They fell asleep. In this message, we consider anew how to face the struggles we have today in praying with Christ. How can we lay ahold of the privilege of prayer before the throne of grace?

If it’s true that our schedules reflect our priorities, how important is God to us? In the garden of Gethsemane, the disciple’s fell asleep, causing the Savior to ask, “Could you not pray with Me for one hour?” In this message, we ponder four questions to guide us in praying with Christ for an hour of time.
