If the claims of Christ are true, then there is no other way to eternal life than through His sacrifice and salvation from sin. Many today cannot tolerate the exclusivity of Jesus' claims. They want to refashion Him as just another man...a unique man, to be sure, but just a man. They have decided to edit the New Testament to remove supernatural references and help us get back to "the real Jesus."
