When You’ve Been Wronged
Conflict in relationships is inevitable, but healing and reconciliation often is not. Time and again we've tried every option and failed, and all we are left with is a load of guilt and pain. Pastor Erwin Lutzer shows how the blessing the Lord gives to those who suffer unjustly is worth the pain involved. He also illustrates the need to leave our broken relationships in the hands of God and move forward in our lives toward freedom. All of us are prodigal sons, and our Father rejoices when we come back to Him. But some of us are like the elder brother who cried “unfair” when his sinning brother sought forgiveness. In this message we’ll explore what Jesus thinks about the lost people in your life.

Believers follow Jesus at His command. His road was never easy, and if we walk in His steps, some of those steps will be tough ones. In this message we’ll find out what it means to follow Christ into the desert.

What if a believer really did what Jesus would do? That’s what Charles Sheldon asked when writing the classic novel “In His Steps.” The answers then were radical, but what about today? What would Jesus do? In this message we revisit that provocative question.

The parables of Jesus cut to the deepest level of human motivation. In the story of the rich fool, greed was one issue, but covetousness was another. None of us is free from the grip of wanting more. So how should we think about our possessions? And how should we think about eternity?
November 6, 2018
No earthly possessions will accompany us into the recreated world. You can’t take it with you. So why are our lives so consumed with possessions and wealth? Jesus told a story about a man who had great riches and wanted more. One night the man’s life was taken. His passion for wealth proved to be meaningless.
