When You’ve Been Wronged
Conflict in relationships is inevitable, but healing and reconciliation often is not. Time and again we've tried every option and failed, and all we are left with is a load of guilt and pain. Pastor Erwin Lutzer shows how the blessing the Lord gives to those who suffer unjustly is worth the pain involved. He also illustrates the need to leave our broken relationships in the hands of God and move forward in our lives toward freedom. A lot of people think the Bible says: “God helps those who help themselves.” It doesn’t. When it comes to salvation, here’s what God really says: we cannot help ourselves. Only He can save. In this message, another lie about God is unmasked.

Long-term gain can be short-circuited when investors go for short-term, fast profits. The same is true in life. Going for immediate pleasures can ruin the potential to enjoy the overwhelming pleasures of God—pleasures that last a lifetime.

Ever since the beginning of man’s existence, Satan has lied to us. In the Garden of Eden, he lied to persuade Eve to take fruit from the forbidden tree. And Satan’s lies continue even today.
