What is faith? Many times people think that faith is simply believing something that is not faith. Faith is specifically believing the truth of God. And many times faith is based upon what God reveals, meaning he confirmed something as truth to you. And now your response is to obey that truth. Obey what is revealed. Many times in the Scripture things are written so that we might know not that we are doubting not that we are unsure, but God confirms the truth of His Word to us.

One of the unique things about the Scripture is the place that women have within the Word of God. It was so frequent going back 2000 years or before, that women were viewed generally in society, as less than men. But when we look at Scripture, we find that is not the case. In fact, God has used women in a mighty way throughout the pages of the Bible.

The will of God should be your utmost desire, you should be an individual, that when you pray, one of the primary things that you're praying for is the revelation of God's will, that you might know it, that you might carry it out that he might be one who provides all that you need, in order to do what He has called and set before you to do. Our God is a God of perfect timing, God moves according to his very best will for your life. And therefore you and I need to accept God's timing, there are going to be instances in our life when things are difficult. And we're going to feel as though God has abandoned us. That is not the reality. God will not leave you nor forsake you if you are in a covenant relationship with him.

We all know the verse of scripture that says, Vengeance is Mine says the Lord. And that word vengeance is the type of retribution. We can think of it in some cases as revenge. And God is telling us that we are not people to execute revenge, God and only God is the one who is capable to do this at the proper time and in the proper way, and for the proper purpose. But be assured there is a day coming when God is going to give his people vindication.

When we look at those things related to the will of God, we see that the word holiness stands out. And I've shared with you that this word holiness is best understood by the purposes of God. It is only when an individual has been born again, regenerated by the Holy Spirit, that this person can become a vessel an instrument, we can say it this way, a servant of living God, and that we can carry out God's purposes and live in a way that he sees as holy and holiness.

When you hear the word worship, what comes into your mind, if you're like most people, you think about corporate worship, going to a specific location on a specific day of the week, at a certain time, gathering together, as it said in the book of Hebrews, do not forsake the assembling of ourselves together. And people assembled together in order to praise God, to give Him thanks, to pray together, to confess sin, to hear words of assurance, also to study his word, and to fellowship and encourage one another.
