Help in Our Weakness - Romans 8:26-27

April 13, 2026

In this episode we explore the comforting truth found in **Epistle to the Romans 8:26–27. The Apostle Paul reminds believers that in our weakness, we are not left to struggle alone. When we do not know what to pray or how to pray as we should, the Holy Spirit Himself helps us.

Paul describes the Spirit as interceding for believers with groanings too deep for words. Even when our prayers feel inadequate or unclear, God fully understands, because the Spirit is at work within us, aligning our prayers with His perfect will.

This passage gives deep assurance to every believer: our relationship with God does not depend on perfect words or flawless prayers. Instead, it rests on the faithful work of the Spirit, who intercedes on our behalf and ensures that our deepest needs are brought before God according to His will.
