I make a great mistake when I interpret my circumstances as relevant to God’s thoughts about me. Our lives will often be marred with sometimes inexplicable suffering and circumstances. There is little good to find; God doesn’t seem to care about His own plan! And even though I have done my best, maybe, to honor Him - it seems as though I am under His hand of chastisement.

In any consistent teaching on the Grace of God it is important to understand that God’s Grace has a plan of transformation for your life. This is an inner life transformation, causing you to be not only conformed in your outward life style and actions, but more importantly, transformed internally. Transformed in the place no one can see - where we become finished work believers inwardly.

Every person who lives anytime on planet earth will experience loss and grief; it will not be avoided. Some grief will be considered normal, yet still very difficult. Losing a parent is considered normal, yet it is still a great loss. While there are many factors on how great that loss is, any loss needs to be processed. This message is not one conceived with absolute understanding. I am still in the forest. I cannot tell you the path out yet, but I am on that journey. I can tell you, however, what the forest looks like and what it is like being lost in an unknown territory. All I see are trees.
