A Taste of the Gospel - Continued, Part 1

In the Garden of Eden, when God breathed life into Adam and Eve, they were not aware of any needs. Every need, desire, dream and want - internally and externally - was directly met by the Lord. But when sin entered the human race, everything changed. And with no vertical source of life, the inner eye of man changed its gaze from a vertical gaze to a horizontal stare. The flesh was born. The Cross was God's deliverance from this human flesh cycle. Our relationship, though not as pure as it was before the fall, is restored. We have full access to the Father and an indwelling Spirit that cries Abba Father - with groanings that cannot be uttered.
