God Can Use Somebody Like You!
In this sermon, Pastor Dr. Herbert Ward, Sr. teaches that God often works through imperfect, flawed people to accomplish His purposes. He emphasizes that past sins, failures, weaknesses, or mistakes do not disqualify someone from being used by God and that God’s grace is greater than sin, but believers must not remain in sin.
Pastor Dr. Ward calls listeners to surrender fully to God, die to selfish desires, and live according to the Holy Spirit rather than the flesh. Romans 8 is used to show that a carnal mindset leads to death, while life in the Spirit leads to freedom and purpose.
No matter your past, failures, or sins, God can still use someone like you—if you surrender, repent, believe in Jesus, and allow the Holy Spirit to lead your life.

About Pastor Dr. Herbert Ward, Sr.
Pastor Dr. Herbert Ward, Sr. currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Gospel House Ministries, Inc. Gospel House Ministries is an outreach-based ministry that was co-organized with his wife, Pastor Dr. Brenda in November 2008.
Dr. Ward, Sr. is a God-anointed prayer warrior and is an astute teacher and preacher of the Gospel of Jesus, the Christ (“The Good News”). He consistently demonstrates his love for Christ through obedience to the will of God, his love for his family, church family and the lost. He is adamantly committed to educating God’s children Biblically. Together, he and his wife, Pastor Dr. Brenda, have three sons, two daughters, and seven grandchildren.
