Why Parents Get Angry and Stressed Out

May 10, 2016
How often do parents get stressed out and angry with their children? Almost every parent has to deal with anger in the home, at some level. Israel Wayne tells his own story of intense physical abuse, life-threatening run-ins with his own father, and the victory of grace. Here is a practical program on one of the most common problems in Christian homes.

This program includes:

Culture is like a river, and it flows and flows. When you climb into the boat, migrate into the country, attend the schools, and watch the movies, you will slowly but surely absorb into the zeitgeist. Economists are shocked that birthrates are not recovering any more in Western nations, even after the economic recoveries. As it turns out, immigrants can’t salvage the birthrate either. Mexicans and Muslims implode their birth rates a few years after immigrating to Western nations. Nothing more stands in the way of homosexual indoctrination slipping into public schools and kids’ movies. Media and social media outlets are pushing hard to “get Elsa a girlfriend” for the release of Frozen 2. Will you put your children into the stream or keep them out of it? This program includes: 1. The World View in Five Minutes with Adam McManus (Round Two Attempts to Oust Judge Roy Moore, California Due for a “Massive” Earthquake, More Attacks on Christians in Syria) 2. Silence, everyone! The scientists have spoken. A five-decade-long study has finally reached the conclusion to the whole matter—spanking is deleterious to the well-being of society. Researchers from the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Michigan have analyzed 75 studies, and they have 500,000 pages of data! The wizards that peep and mutter have spoken, but we go back to the law and to the testimony, finding that there is no light. Here is a good study of utilitarian ethics and modern science. We also point out that the wrong worldview looks for the wrong outputs AND the wrong inputs in these studies. We end up throwing the whole 50-year study in the wastebasket. This program includes: 1. The World View in Five Minutes with Adam McManus (Russia Attempts a Feeble Pro-Life Measure, New York’s Mayor Goes After Chick-fil-A, 50% of Immigrants on Welfare) 2. Generations with Kevin Swanson

Do we want to make America great, or do we want to make America repent? Who was Lot backing for mayor of Sodom just before the city came down in fire and brimstone? The Republican party is trying to get over its embarrassment with what looks like Donald Trump serving as their nominee for president. But what can we expect with a Trump nomination or a Trump presidency? We lay out some prognostications. This program includes: 1. The World View in Five Minutes (Franklin Graham Calls the Nation to Repentance, John Kasich Backs Out of the Race, Unspeakable ISIS Violence Against Christians) 2. Generations with Kevin Swanson

Man wants to be God. This is Bill Nye’s problem, and this is the problem with the modern climate change cartel. We take a look at Bill Nye the Science Guise and his 2010 Humanist of the Year Award. Now man wants to control the climate. That’s hard to do, especially since the sun is very big and very hot, and it doesn’t have a thermostat. Also, man wants to control his fellow man by way of big government. This is why Mr. Nye suggests prosecution for those who will not toe the line on the climate change orthodoxy of the day. Worldviews matter even when it comes to science. This program includes: 1. The World View in Five Minutes with Adam McManus (Cruz Ends His Presidential Race in Indiana, Two American Missionaries Murdered in Jamaica, Only 22% of Millennials Attend Church) 2. In an increasingly antagonistic post-Christian world, big decisions to make here. Shall we register our daughters for the draft? We discuss the merits of boycotts against Target (and the like), for their steadfast support of the wrong ideologies. Christians and Christian churches will look increasingly strange to the world around us. What would a true Christian church look like in an increasingly pagan world? Would we oppose the female draft, feminism, abortion, discipleship in the wrong worldview, major motion pictures with the wrong worldview? Would the true church look odd in this culture? This program includes: 1. The World View in Five Minutes (Green Beret Charles Martland Reinstated, It's Do or Die for Ted Cruz, Puerto Rico Defaulting on Debt) 2. Generations with Kevin Swanson

Rates of autism and social disabilities have increased by a thousandfold in the U.S. over the last thirty years. The Amish and undeveloped nations do not experience anything like this. Could social disabilities have something to do with the social environments that have been constructed over the last eighty years in the developed nations? We do not want to point at a single factor as the sole cause of these disturbing trends, but we do take a look at the shift in social environments that has happened. How do Rwanda and Uganda differ from the United States? Kids aren’t raised in families much any more. Increasingly, people are living in institutions from womb to tomb. We also look at this brave experiment of sending our women into the workforce, well equipped with birth control devices, educational empowerment, and a self-oriented existentialist philosophy. This program includes: 1. The World View in Five Minutes with Adam McManus (100-Year Sentence to Woman for Abortion, Female Draft Bill Moving Along in Congress, How Would Jesus Vote?) 2. Cultural leaders are much more important than political leaders in the breakdown of Western culture. Prince the musician is dead at 57 years of age. He made one of the most radical 180-degree turns in pop history, causing a cultural meltdown. He broke through profanity barriers and sexual barriers like almost nobody else. He was raised Seventh Day Adventist and died a Jehovah’s Witness. This is the archetypal American story of the religious syncretism and apostasy of the 20th century—which is worth of review on this edition of the program. This program includes: 1. The World View in Five Minutes with Adam McManus (Congressional Committee Finds that Baby Body Parts Are Big Business, Univ. of Missouri Student Expelled for Views on Homosexuality, Dept. of Education Encourages Instruction in Islam) 2. America hates its front-running candidates for president. Voters hate this, so they vote for that. They hate that candidate, so they vote for the other one. The negative perceptions of the frontrunners run at historic levels. We also take a look at the suspicious deaths connected with the Clintons—a fairly high number of suicides, shootings, car accidents, and drownings. But that’s not the real concern. Hillary Clinton’s support of Planned Parenthood and its murder of babies is a strong indication she would not think twice concerning any other form of murder. This program includes: 1. The World View in Five Minutes (North Carolina Requires Permit for Speaking About Jesus, Cruz Picks Fiorina for VP, Dennis Hastert Gets a Little Bit of Jail Time for Homosexual Pederasty) 2. Generations with Kevin Swanson

Lyndon B. Johnson’s Great Society idea has turned into a disaster, as has Obamacare. Now America touts the highest incarceration rate in the world. One in 14 Americans will grow up with a parent in prison. That’s two kids in every classroom of 28! Among African Americans, it’s one in four. We provide biblical solutions if anybody’s listening . . . . This program includes: 1. The World View in Five Minutes with Adam McManus (Muslims Kidnapping Christian Women by the Hundreds in Pakistan, Trump Sweeps Five States on Super Tuesday III, Christian Film Industry Burgeoning) 2. Generations with Kevin Swanson

We are witnessing the ultimate insidious evil winding its way around the children of a nation. Disney reaches a new low as it transforms the old children’s stories into tales of homosexuals doing homosexual things. Should we send a ten-year-old daughter into a public restroom at Target or Hilton Hotels? Do these entities do violence to the bodies or to the minds of children—or both? We have arrived at the very depths of social degradation, but what should Christian families do? Get on the ark. This program includes: 1. The World View in Five Minutes with Adam McManus (China’s President Sends a Chilling Message, Obama Will Not Recognize the Armenian Genocide, The Republican Party Is a House Divided) 2. Generations with Kevin Swanson
