The president issues a cryptic warning about the next pandemic. The government and science that purports to cure pandemics is the same government and science that have the power to create them now. Concentrating power is bound to yield more evil, given the sinful hearts of men. When governments favor private companies like Pfizer, these gigantic pharmaceuticals increase their revenue from $40 billion to $100 billion inside of two years. We go over the current data on the Covid-19 catastrophe and conclude (at the very least) that science did not save us this time. 

How do Christians influence our world today with the increase of terrorism, rising persecution for Christians, and gross immorality? Where are the Daniels, Josephs, and Esthers today? Increasingly, police won't defend Christians who are attacked by anarchical forces in America as well as India. The zeitgeist discourages any support of Christians. The media in the form of Sports Illustrated pulls out all stops in persecuting Coach Joe Kennedy for praying in public. Coach Joe loses his job for praying, but we don't find similar attacks on other minorities like Muslims who pray in public constantly, five times a day, whether in Mecca or New York City. 

Marriages go bad because of sin . . . communication sins . . . sexual sins . . . anger sins . . . selfishness sins . . . unforgiveness . . . and the list goes on. . . .  But what are the mistakes people make in treating these sins? Bismarck, North Dakota is considering an ordinance which would effectively ban the open-air preaching of God’s law and the gospel, especially as it pertains to the sin of homosexuality. What would Jonah do if the city of Nineveh banned his preaching instead of repenting in sackcloth and ashes?  What should the church do? Continue to preach. Continue to testify and seek repentance, first within the walls of the church, and then within the walls of the city. Then, move on to the immigrants, if the old, decrepit, apostate world rejects the message.
