​On July 23rd, France virtually banned home education. In light of President Joe Biden’s ill-conceived vaccine mandate through businesses with 100 employees or more, is it possible that America will once again become hostile to the freedom to home educate? Guest host Adam McManus​ interviews Christian musician Francesca Battistelli​ on today’s edition of Generations Radio. This real-life homeschool mother of five portrays a homeschool mother of two in the latest installment in the “God’s Not Dead” Christian film series. “God's Not Dead: We the People​” hits the silver screen for three days only -- Monday, October 4, Tuesday, October 5, and Wednesday, October 6. In the film, homeschool parents receive an impromptu inspection by a leftist local government official who doesn’t like what she finds, so Reverend Dave defends them. Believing that the children are receiving an inferior education compared to their public-school counterparts, the intrusive government official contends that they are being unfairly indoctrinated at a young age by their Bible-believing parents. So, the families are ordered to return their children to the government school system. If the homeschool parents do not comply, they face exorbitant fines and contempt of court.  Taken aback by the interference of the government, they believe that their right to educate their own children is a freedom worth fighting for. So, the resistant families, along with Reverend Dave, are invited to Washington to testify in a landmark congressional hearing. It will determine the future of education in America for years to come. It's a question of justice. Should a woman get an abortion, or should she make use of a Glock 19 when attacked by a rapist? Answers to such questions betray a worldview. But, this also brings up the question of whether Christians should prefer mercy over justice. Here's an interesting discussion on this edition of the Generations broadcast.

Things are getting worse and worse for the nation under President Biden. What can possibly protect us now from the day of God's judgment? As national governments are forcing vaccines on churches, some denominations are capitulating. But, shall we trust the FDA? Shall we trust an increasingly anti-Christian medical and governmental cartel? The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has purchased baby body parts in the most macabre fashion to use in experimentation. Our trust is waning thin. When a student at a Christian college flaunts a particular sexual sin (whether it be homosexuality, incest, or typical fornication), what must the college do? These are increasingly important questions in an age of apostasy. There are two different attacks coming against the Christian college by the dominant zeitgeist. The courts have rejected the College of the Ozarks' preemptive suit against the federal government on the matter. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is requiring LGBT non-discrimination on accommodation elements of the economy, which appears to extend to the Christian college. Meanwhile, apostate Christian college students are suing the Christian colleges for a “consistent use” of Title IX funds, requiring the colleges to abide by Caesar’s pro-homosexual agenda. Who will win here? Is this the death knell for the Christian college?  

Australia is now enforcing vaccinated-ONLY worship for churches. We visit with an Aussie pastor who explains the un-bu-lievable Nazi-like state that has developed. The debate between the incrementalists and the abolitionists is heating up. How do pro-lifers strategize now, given a more favorable Supreme Court and a less favorable Congress and Executive Branch? Do we bet on the disintegration of the United States and work to reverse Roe, or do we press for a national ban on abortion? At what point do we surrender the principle by incrementalism in law?

What about godless, materialistic evolution taught in the schools? Are Christian schools concerned only with superficial problems, or are they really willing to go to foundational issues and bring a thoroughly Christian worldview to bear in the curriculum? We list some of the reasons why Christian schools fail. 

The evangelical church in America is full of compromise-saturated people who are big on grace. Biden's executive mandate requiring the vaccination of all employees crosses the line into fascism or Nazism as defined by Adolf Hitler. We contrast Hitler's perspective of government intervention with that of Abraham Kuyper, the Christian prime minister of Netherlands in the 1880s. We still argue for Christian liberty on the basis of Romans 14 and give some kudos to natural immunity hard-wired into the body by God Himself. Does this beat man's technology? What will the breakdown of the fear of God in science do to our world?
