What Happens in Relationships Doesn't Stay in Relationships with Dr. Jerry Regier

June 26, 2026

Can healthy marriages actually impact poverty, education, mental health, workforce success, and community stability?

Former Oklahoma Secretary of Human Services Dr. Jerry Regier joins Calvin to discuss why relationship health is one of the most overlooked public policy issues in America.

Drawing from his leadership of the Oklahoma Marriage Initiative and decades of public service, Dr. Regier explains why strong families matter—not just for individuals, but for entire communities.

This conversation explores marriage, worldview, loneliness, family stability, relationship education, the Success Sequence, and Calvin's framework of Mutual Relational Deferred Gratification™.

If you're concerned about the future of relationships, families, and society, this episode is for you.
