Jesus After the Resurrection Part 1

April 22, 2019

In many people’s minds, there seems to be a finality to Jesus after the Resurrection. But, was that the end of Jesus’s ministry here on earth? People tend to think that the Bible just comes to a stop in regard to Jesus after he is raised from the dead. But there is much more that he still needed to do, after his resurrection that is of vital importance not only to corroborate, but to continue teaching his disciples and followers so they know beyond a shadow of doubt what must happen now. What is the message that must continue? What were their instructions to carry on the work of the kingdom of God?

The coming of Jesus to earth and the mission he accomplished has made him many enemies. We must always remind ourselves what we have become in Christ and the role we have commissioned to carry out in changing the culture and the administration of planet earth. In Christ, we are unique as He was. With Christ’s Resurrection, a new working power is in our new creation in Him.

After the fall of Adam and Eve into sin, God continued his plan to redeem it all and he had to look for people, all along the human generations, to see who would allow him to use them for very specific purposes. Most of the tasks were very challenging, to move God’s plan forward, but they had to be done.

You might say, “what”? What are you talking about? Humans had not even been created let alone sinned. Why would Father God see that it was necessary to plan to send Jesus to die and redeem a race that had not even been created yet? These are very valid common-sense questions which require biblical understanding to answer appropriately. Join us as we remember what this week means for all of Christendom.

Doing God’s bidding and his will in our time is what is vital to fulfill our commission to save our country. No one can make that decision or that work for you or for me. We must each rise up and be counted for our heavenly Father to whom we will give account for our life. If we are going to have meaningful change, aggressive spiritual warfare must be done. We must understand the role we play for the times we are living.

We must all have a foundation upon which we build our life. The question is will we have a foundation built on sand or the rock? For example, we are seeing the church come together, crossing denomination lines and standing side by side to fight against abortion. When the world sees these kinds of works, Christians being a whole new breed of people bearing godlike fruit, many will seek us out and ask “what can I do to be saved?”

The mantle of God’s workings must be passed on to continue to expand God’s kingdom and the job done. I strongly believe that our generation is a pivotal generation that is grabbing the reins of this runaway cart and pull it back to recovery. A recovery is taking place, believe it or not, God is on the move to admonish his church to turn from its wicked ways because he want to heal our land for a powerful witness to the nations.

God has always had people along the human chain to carry out his will, which is why you and I, in this 21st century know about his message of love and redemption. God is still on his throne governing all of the universe. He is constantly looking for people who love him and want to be used of him to carry out his will. The subject we want to address in this topic is, where is today’s remnant, is it enough and what are we supposed to be accomplishing?

If you step out on a limb, would you not want to know if that limb has the capacity to sustain you out there, especially if there is a long significant drop that could potentially hurt you? That is how important it is to know who you can depend on. The Word of God continually says that God will never leave us nor forsake us and He will continue to work in us until the end. That is a very solid promise that makes us trust God.

Promises should be kept, we are only as good as our word. Making a commitment to do something is as good as giving your word. Vows include a solemn promise to someone before God. "It is better that you should not vow than that you should vow and not pay" (Ecclesiastes 5:5).

The only difference between the successful team and any other team, is that little bit of extra effort, which is possible only if there is an enthusiastic approach. It is important to remember whom we represent, and why we do what we do. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men" (Colossians 3:23).

About The Future of America

We want to help restore America's original foundation in biblical Christian principles which made it the most powerful and prosperous nation in the world in a relatively short time but America has not reached it full potential. Ideas have consequences and they are passed on from generation to generation. To eradicate error, the moral and ethical principles of the Bible must be firmly established in the hearts and minds of each individual. If America is going to survive, its citizens must become re-acquainted with its history, heritage and biblical immovable principles and apply them once again to all areas of life. We hope this program will inspire and challenge you so together we can fulfill our responsibility before God and country to make the difference for our generation many generations to come.
