Every single day we can also celebrate the spiritual freedom bought for us with the blood of Jesus Christ.
We can celebrate our freedom from guilt, our freedom from condemnation, and our freedom from fear.
With this in mind, I want to share a phone call we received from Michael on our broadcast. Michael’s question is important, because he essentially asks whether it is possible for a believer to lose their freedom and “backslide” into spiritual bondage.

There’s a lot of talk in the Christian world today about generational curses. And some say that the sins of our ancestors can bring down curses upon us. Then they usually suggest a series of prayers or a process of “reclaiming spiritual territory” to break free from these generational curses.
Is there any truth to these claims about generational curses? Doesn’t the Bible tell us that there is no condemnation for us who are in Christ and that the evil one cannot touch us?
Shelby called in to our radio program to ask about generational curses now that we are sealed by the Holy Spirit and have new life in Him. And here’s the short video clip on the topic.

That was the Old Testament experience under the Law. I like to call that experience “God in a swivel chair.”
