Does the Holy Spirit convict believers?

Why does Hebrews 10:14 say “being sanctified”? Does the Holy Spirit convict believers? Unbelievers? If the Spirit of God teaches us directly, why is there a need for pastors and teachers? A Word of Faith preacher is teaching we are already physically healed as a finished work. Is that true? Do we need to keep the Sabbath day? Will there be food and water in heaven? My husband has been physically abusive and is still abusive in some ways. Do I need to forgive him and stay with him? Do we need a balance of grace and truth? Is Hebrews 10:26 for unbelievers or believers?
