The novelty of Paul’s teachings attracts the attention of these philosophers more quickly than the possibility of it being the truth. In our day, relativism is the ongoing philosophical trend. That is, the one thing that people are sure of is that there is no certainty.  With this notion, however, no one would ever have a foundational belief in Jesus Christ. There must be certainty in life in order to form a belief system that is substantial, rooted, and grounded. As it has often been said, “If you don’t believe in something, then you will fall for anything.”
