Planning GOd's Way

Thinking about the future and developing plans to get there is a normal part of what I enjoy doing. The execution, however, requires me to surround myself with good people if I want to see the plans happen in a timely manner.

I was recently reminded that there’s an even more important part of planning that I occasionally overlook - God’s plan, as contrasted to my plan.

God warned the Babylonians about the certainty of His plans for their destruction in Isaiah 14:24 when He said, “The LORD Almighty has sworn, “Surely, as I have planned, so it will be, and as I have purposed, so it will happen.”

You don’t really have a plan for your business or work until you’ve asked God if your plan is part of His plan.
