I made a decision years ago not to let bitterness consume me. Some days, it’s hard… really hard. Some days, it’s a challenge to remember the forgiveness He pours out on me, the forgiveness I’m expected to give others. But it’s the right way, the best way, the only way.  

The thing that God was trying to communicate was that He wanted our dependence to be on Him.

There is a word in the Bible that I’m so glad is there. I’ve come back to it again and again over the years. I have said many times, “Yeah! That’s the word for it. That’s what I’m feeling right now.”
If you, like multitudes of others, believe not choosing God’s way is choosing your own way, you are misinformed.

Like physical fruit needs time to grow, the fruit of the Spirit will not ripen in our lives overnight.

As Christians, we often struggle with setting our affections on earthly things, but Philippians 3:17-20 reminds us that our true citizenship is in heaven and our ultimate hope lies there. By knowing this truth and prioritizing the kingdom of God, we can live a life of joy and faithfulness, even in the midst of tension between our earthly and heavenly responsibilities.

So what is rebellion, where does it come from, and do I need to be concerned?

We may not know the things that are happening in the supernatural as well as the natural realm.

Jesus’ disciples were way out in the sea, and Jesus was on the shore. But He saw them toiling and rowing. He never took His eyes off them.
