But I am a Christian! So What! Part 3

February 12, 2016
Welcome to Sound Doctrine with Pastor Jeff Johnson. We are in Romans Chapter 3 dealing people who claim the name of Jesus but don’t really believe in Him. If they did then they would become a changed person. Unfortunately for these on the Day of Judgment, Christ won’t know them, and they will not be granted in to eternal life. These are sobering thoughts that should cause us to check ourselves.   Stay tuned for the conclusion of, “But I am A Christian, So What!”

Thanks for joining us on Monday’s edition of Sound Doctrine, with Pastor Jeff Johnson. C.S. Lewis once said, “Christianity is a belief that you could not have guessed”. What this statement means is that in world religions, its up to the worshiper to attain God by performing works. In Christianity, the one who is worshiped is the one who did all the work, God! Pastor Jeff is continuing in his study of Romans chapter 2 in a series called, “Religious Deception”

Welcome to Sound Doctrine with Pastor Jeff Johnson. The late singer and songwriter Keith Green said, “All Roads lead to the judgment seat of Christ.” Now that’s a pretty scary thought. But the comfort for the Christian is when he stands before God on that day, he will be found in the righteousness of Christ, and not his own. Today we pick up with Pastor Jeff in Romans chapter 2 verse 10 and he will gives us the conclusion to his message called “Judged According to Deeds.”
